MicroSquirt® “Hot Rod” system for 1986-93 Ford 5.0L Programmable Engine Management System for Air/Fuel control

The MicroSquirt® “Hot Rod” system is a great low cost option for use in conversions using an 86-93 small block Ford. The complete plug and play harness makes it easy to drop a 5.0L TFI Ford into your classic muscle car, street rod, race car or kit car. The MAF (mass air flow) sensor is not used which makes this conversion excellent for Boosted applications.

Kit includes the following:

• MicroSquirt® ECU configured for 86-93 small block ford with TFI distributor

• Complete MicroSquirt® plug and play harness for 86-93 small block Ford with TFI distributor

• GM 3 Bar Map sensor/GM IAT and CLT sensors

• The unit comes loaded with a base tune for a stock 86-93 5.0 Mustang.

Some of the standard MicroSquirt® features are:

• 12 x 12 tuning tables for Volumetric Efficiency (VE) table, 12 x 12 for Air Fuel Ratio (AFR) table, and 12 x 12 for Spark Advance table.

• Flexible spark advance table: You can have different rpm and kPa bins than VE and AFR tables,

• Wide Band or Narrow Band Oxygen sensor compatible.
